The event “From Stage Fear to Global Success” was organized under IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) at Jeppiaar Institute of Technology on 14-2-2026. The objective of the event was to help students understand the causes of stage fear and provide effective strategies to overcome it. The session was handled by Kumaran Gandhi, who shared practical techniques to build confidence and improve public speaking skills.

The speaker explained the importance of self-confidence, communication skills, and positive mindset in achieving personal and professional success. The session also covered methods to handle nervousness, improve presentation skills, and communicate ideas effectively in front of an audience.
